We'll cover permitting, hotel occupancy taxes, insurance and risk management, listing creation, photography, pricing, amenities, Airbnb and Vrbo setup, guest management, and common mistakes to avoid. Whether you're just getting started or looking to improve an existing rental, you'll leave with practical guidance, local resources, and a clear roadmap for success. Led by STRASA board and experienced local STR experts, this class is meant only for those new to STRs. Limited to 10 participants.
